What is the TANKVOYager?
[dropcap]F[/dropcap]or 20 years Haugen Consulting has parlayed their demurrage resources and veteran industry knowledge into a quarterly publication for the maritime industry at large called TANKVOYager. With humble beginnings as a 1 page printed newsletter, it has grown to become an integral part of HC’s demurrage mitigation process as a resource for maritime law precedent (under both US and English law).
Now, in another step of TANKVOYager’s evolution, it will exist exclusively in an online format at www.TANKVOYager.com. The website has been completely redesigned with more accurate searching, a commenting system for subscriber questions, an intuitive interface, and an updated aesthetic. However, our 20-year-old goal remains the same: to elevate general maritime legal understanding through consistently intelligent, yet accessible, coverage of important issues ranging from the Public Dock Clause to Time Bars to Piracy.
